What we collect
- The website URL you submit for an audit
- Your company name
- Your business email address
- The growth goal you selected from the form
- The audit results we generate from your submission
- A hashed version of your IP address (for abuse prevention only)
How we use it
We use the data above to generate and email your audit report, and to follow up with you about relevant services (the deep audit, the implementation pack, or consulting engagements). We do not add you to a drip sequence. We do not sell or share personal data with third-party marketers.
Payment data
If you purchase the $19.99 deep audit or the $29.99 implementation pack, payment is handled entirely by Stripe. AskVolume never sees, stores, or processes your card details. We only receive a payment confirmation and the email address you submitted at checkout.
Subprocessors
- Supabase — stores audit submissions and results
- Resend — delivers your audit emails
- Anthropic — the Claude API that generates the analysis
- Stripe — payment processing for the paid tiers
- Vercel — hosting and edge delivery
Deletion
You can request deletion of your data at any time. Email hello@askvolume.com with the email address you used to submit your audit. We will confirm deletion within 7 business days.
Updates
If we materially change how we handle your data, we will update this page and email anyone who has submitted an audit in the last 12 months. Last updated: May 27, 2026.
